A group of approximately 14 bikes and one quad assembled at Mittagong McDonald for the ride south. The departure time arrived and the skies opened to provide a slippery run down through the mountains to the historic Jindyandy Grain Mill on Greenwell Point road east of Nowra for morning tea. The previous weeks weather had left the roads littered with tree debris and wash outs of gravel. Once on the coast the group some how was able to avoid the rain for the day. After morning tea the group headed up the coast to Geroa for our lunch at the Fishermans Club. The club is a very popular location for lunch on weekends so we were lucky our tables had been pre booked. A couple of other Ulysses clubs had made this their destination for the day also, which lead to some confusion on arrival. After lunch the group broke up to head home separate ways. The main group headed to Saddle Back Mountain look out above Kiama. Due to the weather the view was not great but the ride was enjoyable.

Thanks Lyle for a great day out.
