This was the first ride for Bob Colefax as ride captain. The group left on time and headed down the coast via Mount Ousley to Shellharbour for morning tea. Unfortunate for one cafe as they were not interested in a group of 20 riders having morning tea so we headed across the road to Shelly's Cafe which was a very friendly little cafe. After morning tea Bob tried to assemble the group to head south to Greenwell Point. After 10 minutes waiting the for rest of the group to assemble we headed off only to find them sitting up the road. The run down the coast road to Nowra was uneventful with plenty of traffic as usual. Everyone arrived at Greenwell point in good time. We settled in to enjoy a great variety of seafood and chips for lunch. After lunch we head back up the coast with some turning off and returning via Kangaroo Valley and the others heading up the coast road. Excellent job Bob and we hope you take up the challenge for another ride day.
